William Oatley

Will Oatley is a seasoned digital media expert and entrepreneur. He’s co-founder of mplus, an adtech stack solution built using a proprietary zero party data platform. With over two decades of experience in the digital and media investment sectors, Will has a track record of founding and leading successful ventures.

Will co-founded mplus in December 2020. Under his leadership, mplus has grown significantly over the past three years, establishing itself as a prominent adtech player in the market.

Will's professional journey includes his tenure as CEO Canada at MCap, an independent investment group, from May 2018 to July 2020. Prior to this, he held various senior positions at Dentsu Aegis Network, including SVP Commercial Director & Managing Director AMNET, VP Head of Digital & Mobile Investment, Group Strategy Director, and Digital Director. His six-year tenure at Dentsu was marked by significant contributions to new business, digital strategy across North America and investment.
