Shay co-founded Lightheart Management Partners (LMP), the primary firm that seeded Mantaro. Shay has operational and transactional experience as a consumer products CFO. Prior to LMP, Shay was the venture partner and CFO at Gibraltar & Company, a Toronto-based venture capital and private equity firm with a consumer products focus. Before Gibraltar, Shay held equity research and consulting positions at Scotiabank and OMERS Ventures.
