Elana has spent 20+ years at the forefront of digital content marketing - connecting iconic brands to audiences across music, sports & entertainment and advertising industries. Now as CEO of Revelry Cosmetics - Elana is empowering creators to launch their own high-quality, sustainable skincare and haircare products, a game changer for social-led commerce. 

Beyond Revelry, Elana is a Senior Advisor to Toronto Metropolitan University and Relay Ventures’ Future of Sport Lab, championing gender equity in the sports innovation ecosystem.

Elana’s career began at Sony Music Canada, where she pioneered digital marketing and fan engagement strategies. At Rogers Media & Communications, she spent over a decade spearheading new business ventures and transforming brands like Today’s Parent and Rogers Hometown Hockey through cutting-edge digital and experiential innovations.

Following Rogers, Elana joined award-winning creative agency Sid Lee in Toronto to build the social content practice before stepping into a role leading business development. Most recently as Head of Corus Entertainment's social talent agency, Kin Community Canada, Elana revitalized the influencer marketing business, reshaping the talent roster and returning the business unit to growth.

An innovator at heart, Elana thrives on solving complex challenges through storytelling and integrated consumer experiences. She’s driven by curiosity and a relentless passion for connecting ideas, people, and platforms to create lasting impact.
