With 30 years of consulting, business architecture, system design, and delivery experience in multiple industries, Alan specializes in customer experiences and digital transformation. He is a technical executive and visionary with a passion for using technology and innovation to improve business and to contribute back to society.

Alan has been an executive member of CGI Global Telecom Council since 2020, providing leadership to other CGI members with telco clients. He is also a member of the Technical Advisory Committee (TAC) of TM Forum, a collaborative and advisory body that plays a key role in overseeing the development of solutions, best practices, and standards across essential industry areas.

Additionally, since 2023, Alan has been a committee member of the CS-CAN (Computer Science Canada) Industry Relations Committee, providing support for computer science research and integration of computer science graduates into the industry.
