As the CIO / EVP of eCommerce Rick is responsible for both the Technology at Walmart Canada (including stores, eCommerce, warehouses, and our corporate offices) as well as the customer facing digital business (including site operations, merchandising, marketing, customer experience, logistics, and Omnichannel integrations).

Rick has been with Walmart for 5 years, and over that time his roles have been either in the eCommerce Product & Experience team, or leading Technology. His background is largely in eCommerce, and digital marketing, where he has experience at Canadian Tire managing their website and digital marketing programs, and at Sears Canada developing their digital properties.
