I’m Braden Hoeppner and I’m a marketer at heart.

I believe that great marketing and brands have the power to inspire us to live into a future of possibilities. My career journey has been varied – I’ve spent time at a large utility company, a small (failed) startup, the funeral and automotive industries, and retail (both ecommerce and traditional). Along the way, I’ve grown particularly passionate about retail.

Retail is an industry of opportunity. From the online, in-store and (future) virtual experiences, to shifts in technology, employee development and coaching, and the ethical responsibility that comes with globalization, retail is both complicated to navigate and open to the creation of new paths to the future – in my opinion, more so than any other business.

I’m intrigued by the way brands work to engage consumers by providing innovative solutions to real problems. To succeed in today’s marketplace this requires an understanding of how technology, data, creative problem solving, and the customer voice come together. Combine that with hard work and tenacity, and the options are endless.
